Mangaroa Observatory

Wellington Astronomical Society provides support to the Wellington Vintage Machinery Inc for day events, with telescopes using solar filters. The clubrooms are occassionally used as a base for astronomical events, star parties, and barbecues.

The longer term activity at this site is presently under review and planning, anyone interested in assisting this process please feel free to offer help.
