What: Space Aliens – Dr Jason Grossman

What can we say about life beyond Earth without ever having seen any? 

Dr Jason Grossman will discuss a bunch of general ideas about how we can try to extrapolate from Earth biology.  (Anyone in the audience who is actually a space alien, please be polite and leave your rebuttals until question time.)

Jason Grossman is a philosopher of science who taught cosmology at the Australian National University for ten years, until they realised what he was doing.
